(Cautions for your organization of concerts, events and so forth abroad)
●The cost of organizing performances overseas: When you organize a concert or any other event abroad, you will have to bear the burden of paying travel expenses for the performers and staff member, musical instruments transportation fee (excess badge fee), compensation for players/performers, local transportation fees, meal expenses. We will help you in making estimation of these expenses in accordance with the details of your public performance and musical instruments to be used. The cost of implementation is to be paid in advance.
●Transport of musical instruments to the event site abroad: In the case of carrying musical instruments too big or heavy and difficult to carry by taxi (Japanese drum &/or harp) a special arrangement of carrying it/them from the foreign local airport to your hotel or an event hall will be required.
Audio operations: Depending on the situation of the hall or the like, a microphone may become necessary. If that is the case, you will need to arrange to have a sound equipment and an operator thereof. It will also be possible to take an operator from Japan
